Evan is a 26-year-old professional golfer born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario embarking on his path towards the PGA Tour. He began golfing at the age of 10 and fell in love with the game. With the help of his family, friends and coaches, he took that love and turned into the driving force behind his career. After his junior days, Evan spent four years attending college in the United States playing NCAA Division II golf on a scholarship. Upon graduation, he decided to turn professional and join the PGA of Canada as an apprentice professional. While he is on his way to achieving his class A certification, Evan has been continually improving his game at the professional level. He is pleased to have gained Mackenzie Tour (Canadian Tour Status) this past winter and will begin his 2020 season as a member of the tour. The first step towards the PGA Tour.

education & achievements

He graduated from Newberry College with a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration. During his time playing golf, Evan achieved conference freshman of the year. In his sophomore year, he tallied the lowest scoring average on his team. In his junior and senior year, he became Captain of the team and led the Newberry Wolves to multiple top 5 finishes and 4 first place finishes. To end off his collegiate career, Evan and his team advanced to the NCAA national championship where he finished in the top 25 and his team settled with a school record setting fifth-place finish.
